We currently process and ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. We try our utmost to ship within one business day but during our busy seasons (new rhythm game releases, holidays, etc.) it may take up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order. This is because it is our policy to test every pad before shipping it. If you receive tracking confirmation on the weekend, it is because we are working overtime to process orders. It does NOT mean that your item shipped on the weekend; rather, it is an indication that we have prepared the shipment for pickup on the next business day.

The timetables below are for the US 48 contiguous states only and refer to the transit time AFTER leaving our warehouse. It usually takes 1 business day to process your order (occasionally 2-3 business days).

Our deluxe models ship mostly ship via Fedex Ground (refer to the timetable below). We know that you are anxious to get started, so occasionally — and at our discretion — we may upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail (parts of the East Coast and Midwest only).

For our nonslip model, we usually ship via USPS priority mail, as we find it rather quick and reliable for small parcels (free Saturday delivery is included). Refer to the USPS priority mail chart below to determine when your item will arrive. Please note that priority mail is generally consistent but the times are not guaranteed by the postal service. If you would like to upgrade to a guaranteed service, please contact us for a quote.

HI, AL, PR, GU, & military outposts: Contact us with your zip code for a custom shipping quote. International destinations: Many international destinations are already built into our checkout system. If there is no shipping method listed for your country, kindly contact us to arrange a custom quote.

Please note the following conditions for international customers:

  1. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs entry.
  2. Be aware that you may be charged an additional customs and duties fee, although the occurrence of these fees are very rare.
  3. In case of malfunction within the warranty period, we will replace the pad itself but we cannot pay for shipping to international destinations. We can ship your replacement anywhere in the US for free or provide a US shipping credit.

Note that international shipments may be subject to further delay as they undergo a more rigorous testing procedure.
