Ground Shipping within the Continental US:
Always free. Does not include HI, AL, PR, GU, & military outposts (contact us with your zip code for a custom shipping quote).
Expedited Shipping within the US:
Orders must be placed before 10 AM EST for guaranteed next day or 2 business day delivery, or they will ship the next business day.
International Shipping:
Many international destinations are already built into our checkout system. If there is no shipping method listed for your country, kindly contact us to arrange a custom quote.
Please note the following conditions for international customers:
- We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs entry.
- Be aware that you may be charged an additional customs and duties fee, although the occurrence of these fees are very rare.
- In case of malfunction within the warranty period, we will replace the pad itself but we cannot pay for shipping to international destinations. We can ship your replacement anywhere in the US for free or provide a US shipping credit.
Warranty Policy:
180 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
All merchandise sold by DancePadMania.com is guaranteed to work for 180 days from the date of shipment arrival. Except as expressly stated herein, DancePadMania.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the DancePadMania.com site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, or any unauthorized disassembly repair or alteration. Warranty also does not cover non-essential buttons such as the “O”, “X”, “START”, and “BACK” as these can be substituted for other buttons. Dance pads are only eligible for replacement if the essential buttons (“LEFT”, “RIGHT”, “UP”, and “DOWN”) do not operate.
Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. We reserve the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
In case of malfunction, DancePadMania.com will pay all shipping costs associated with the replacement and will provide a return label for the malfunctioned dance pad. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We will issue a shipping credit in the amount it usually costs to ship in the US, but you will be expected to pay the difference in shipping on your replacement.
365 DAY COURTESY EXTENSION (BUYER RECEIVES DISCOUNT TOWARDS NEW DANCE PAD)
If an item malfunctions after 180 days and is no longer covered by the warranty, DancePadMania.com will furnish a replacement under the following conditions:
a) Buyer is willing to pay 50% of the replacement item.
b) No longer than 365 days have passed from the date of purchase.
c) If purchased anywhere other than DancePadMania.com, buyer must provide proof of purchase.
d) If we are low in stock, your replacement may be delayed.
Returns
As per our warranty terms set above, we will replace your dance pad if it malfunctions within 6 months. We therefore do not provide free shipping on returns nor do we refund in total. If you wish to return your pad, you will be held responsible for all return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
